Why we built Metaport
Maintenance works better when the whole team sees it.
We built Metaport after seeing the same post-launch problems across digital agencies and agile software delivery teams.
After go-live
Solid launches followed by weak support.
Customers were happy at launch, but support and maintenance often fell away once the warranty period ended. This always created avoidable risk for our customers and avoidable stress for our delivery teams.
- Context was lost when support teams rotated.
- Security patching lacked a shared plan and trusted sources of data.
- End-of-life planning never happened or started too late, well after work became urgent.
- Small maintenance gaps compounded across a portfolio, increasing security exposure, delivery pressure, and cost.
What we wanted to change
Move specialist maintenance data into a shared team context.
DELIVERY TEAMS
Make clearer decisions earlier
Give teams one view of lifecycle, security, and maintenance risk, reducing reactive work and the stress it creates.
CLIENT CONVERSATIONS
Explain priorities with evidence
Discuss budgets and next steps before maintenance issues become urgent.
BUSINESS GROWTH
